How long does my order take to ship?

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your Bell and Bubble Bath Co. products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll replace the damaged items or issue a refund.

Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return an unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
